For most Mac models, Apple does not offer replacement batteries for purchase. That’s why we’ve carefully tested batteries from various suppliers to ensure we fit only the highest quality available to your Mac. Each battery undergoes rigorous capacity, voltage, and safety testing (including short circuit, temperature, and overload tests) to guarantee functionality identical to your original battery.
Whilst your Mac is open for service, it will also be cleaned internally of any dust and contaminants, restoring thermal performance.
We then safely dispose of your old battery in compliance with recycling regulations, minimising the impact on the environmental.
We recommend waiting to replace your original battery until your Mac displays a ‘Service Battery’ or ‘Replace Soon’ warning. MacBook batteries are engineered to retain 80% capacity after 1,000 cycles, so unless your Mac is over 5 years old, you may not notice a significant difference from replacing the battery due to the high quality and resilience of original Apple batteries.

I recently had my 2017 iMac fail. I put quote requests out none replied, only bits. I was told the price for repairs up front. They fitted a new power supply which got it working but found another fault on the motherboard which they fixed. I was kept informed and had explanation of my repairs. I would recommend them for a first class price and service. Well done to all.

This company is great. I dropped my MacBook and needed a new screen started of and messaged them on their WhatsApp link and they gave me costs and explained the process. When I arrived there the lady on the reception was really nice had a small chat and we picked it up later that day and Mac screen is like new really impressed with their services. After shopping around for a reasonably priced MacBook Air screen replacement and receiving several quotes that were far from affordable, I came across BITS through a recommendation on Perplexity.

I had a really positive experience of BITS. I took in my iMac in with a suspected power supply issue, mid-afternoon. The following morning (just 18 hours later) I was contacted to say that the replacement power supply was fitted and diagnostic checks were complete. I went in to collect and was given space and time to start-up and check the computer.
I'm really pleased with the service as well as the courteous and efficient dealings with Muhammad and Adam. Good price too, I imagine a fraction of the Apple price!

Very helpful, took my laptop for the first time and got it fixed super quickly. There seemed to be a problem a little after with the screen, took it in again and they sorted it out very quickly again and with no fuzz under the warranty, even gave me advice on other non-related problems I had. Decent!

Great job. My daughter had destroyed the screen and chassis of her iPad pro 12.9 and then it stopped working. BITS were up front and transparent about costs, they ordered a new motherboard, replaced the screen and put in a new charging port. All for a fair price. Good comms, nice people.
