How do I send my MacBook in for repair?
Email or WhatsApp us with your MacBook model, serial number and a description of the fault. We’ll confirm the price and send you a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label so you can drop it at any post office. Your MacBook is fully insured during transit.
Do you offer a free diagnostic?
Yes. We diagnose every MacBook at no charge. If we find the fault and you decide not to proceed with the repair, there is no diagnostic fee and we return your MacBook free of charge.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days once your MacBook arrives at the lab. Logic board repairs and liquid damage assessments may take up to 7 days. We’ll keep you updated at every stage via email or WhatsApp.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — every repair is covered by our 12-month warranty. If the same fault returns within a year, we fix it for free. Our warranty covers parts and labour on the specific repair carried out.
Can you fix a MacBook with liquid damage?
Yes. Liquid damage is one of our most common repair types. The sooner you act, the better the outcome. Power off your MacBook immediately, do not charge it, and send it in as quickly as possible. We use ultrasonic cleaning and micro-soldering to recover boards that other repairers cannot.
Do you work on all MacBook models?
We repair all MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models — from 2010 through to the latest M4 chips. This includes models with Touch Bar, Retina displays, and soldered SSDs. If you’re unsure whether your model is supported, just ask.
