All your information is handled in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act – we have no access to any of your information/data on your Mac during the repair – it is physically impossible to access without your password. Once repair is complete, we use Apple Self Repair Diagnostics which allows us to test your Mac thoroughly without access to your data or account (Apple Silicon models only – if your device has an Intel processor, it is useful to enable a guest account).

Our facility is equipped with the best available security measures, including 4K CCTV cameras that record video and audio 24/7, and a robust redundant alarm system featuring door sensors, shock sensors, glass break detectors, radar, and motion sensors. Both CCTV footage and alarm status are remotely monitored, allowing for a swift response from staff and police officers.

Additionally, the surrounding area is monitored by Council and Police CCTV, continuously observed at a nearby police station, just half a mile away, ensuring rapid response times. In the event of any attempted breach, alarms are triggered immediately, notifying staff and police, even before entry is gained. Every exit is covered by CCTV, enabling police to track any intruder’s movements in real time.
