A: Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts based on quantity or frequency of repairs. Our repair prices are fixed and transparently listed on our website. Trade customers are welcome to send devices to us, but please be aware that the pricing remains the same for all customers. We do not offer discounts for repair services to any shops. Q: Can I send in a device for repair on behalf of my customer?

A: Yes, you can send a device to us on behalf of your customer. However, please ensure that your customer is fully aware that their Mac is being sent to our shop for repair – we have had instances where customers have called us, not realising why their Mac is in our shop as the repair shop they sent it to did not tell them it would be outsourced. For privacy and security reasons, we can only discuss repair details with the individuals whose names, email addresses, and phone numbers are provided to us. We do not offer white-label services, so all communications and documentation will be under our brand.


Q: Do you offer a white-label service for repairs?

A: No, we do not offer white-label repair services. All repairs are conducted under our own brand, and all communications are directly with the device owner or the authorised individual whose contact information has been provided. This policy helps us maintain transparency and uphold the quality of our customer service.
